The Splash FM Garden Party
It's back and this year it's TWICE AS BIG!!!
Join us in Steyne Gardens on Friday 16th July 2010 for a stunning tribute to the legendary stars of Tamla Motown plus a pulsating selection of classic Disco hits from the 70's and 80's. On Saturday Splash FM pays tribute to three of the biggest names in Pop. Girls Aloud, Take That and the King of Pop, Michael Jackson!
Friday - Motown & Disco:
Mission Blue

On the Friday evening, there's an evening of nostalgia and nightlife! There'll be a stunning tribute to the legendary Tamla Motown label, courtesy of singing quartet Mission Blue. THis highly talented band from London will capture the magic of Motown, playing the hits of the Four Tops, Diana Ross & the Supremes, Martha and the Vandellas, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations and many more.
Boogie Wonderland

To round off the evening, six-piece band Boogie Wonderland will be wowing the crowds with a pulsating selection of classic disco hits from the 70's and the 80's - including classics from Chic, Kool and the Gang, Earth, Wind and Fire, Shalamar, Hot Chocolate and Barry White.
Saturday - Tribute to Pop:
Girls Allowed (Girls Aloud)

Girls Aloud are the UK’s most successful girl band ever. Girls Allowed are the official look-a-like, sound-a-like, dance-a-like tribute and no others come this close to the real thing. Their one hour show includes all the top hits from the debut single ‘Sound of the Underground’ to award winning hit ‘The Promise’ This show is made up of five very talented young ladies from the south of England.
The Greatest (Take That Tribute)

By popular demand they're back after their barnstorming appearance at the 2009 Garden Party...Formed from previous lead singers from other Take That tributes and other leading UK tribute bands they bring a wealth of experience, talent and immense ability to a show that really will Relight Your Fire, setting a standard for others to follow! With live four part harmonies and four lead vocals The Greatest Take That Tribute ooze talent in a fully choreographed show.
Navi (Michael Jackson)

A stunning tribute to the King Of Pop, who passed away last summer. Navi has performed as Jackson in 54 different countries across five continents. He’s visited the Neverland ranch through a personal invitation form the man himself, and has performed for Jackson on a number of occasions, including being the opening act at his birthday party in Los Angeles.
There will also be a late afternoon support slot on the Saturday,
featuring top local band Jag.

These boys have been rocking it since 2002 and after being uber-active on the local gigging scene, they now have their sights set on the wider horizon.
