Coast, or Café des Artistes, has become part of the Worthing tour,
being the only eatery actually on the beach!

Being on the beach makes it attractive, but the fact that it’s serving some of the best tapas on the south coast almost makes the beach irrelevant.
Coast is slightly off the main drag; it sits just east of Splash Point - the beach here is quiet; the sea protected by Splash Point and the view of the Pier at sunset is breathtaking.

Coast serves onto a wooden decking directly on the shingle. We serve fresh illy coffee, fresh pastries daily and can do everything from a full Sussex breakfast to roast octopus like you’ve never tasted.
Sit, chill, sip an anisette and listen (or play) the famous Beach Piano; this is where Worthing is going.
OPENING:
As we serve outside we are directed by the elements as to when we can open, but during the summer we should be open until 9pm every day that the weather allows. We’re always open at 10am for a coffee and croissant.
