This wonderful animation follows the adventures of Sammy the sea turtle as he embarks on the journey of a lifetime.

A Turtle's Tale follows the epic journey of Sammy the sea turtle (voiced by Dominic Cooper) spanning 50 years, from his birth on a California beach in 1959 to the modern day. Having met and quickly become separated from the love of his life, a hatchling called Shelly (Gemma Arterton), Sammy decides to search the ocean to find her.

With his best friend Ray (Misfits' Robert Sheehan) by his side, Sammy embarks on a spectacular adventure that takes him on an exploration of the high seas, where he and Ray must dodge the untold dangers of the ocean, while making new friends along the way. During this voyage of discovery, Sammy's thirst for adventure is certainly tested, but his love for Shelly never falters - will he ever find her?
